PROCLAMATION NO. 96

DECLARING THURSDAY, JANUARY 20, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, Thursday, January 20, 2011, marks the celebration of the feast day of St. Sebastian, the patron saint of the City of Lipa;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, January 20, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 12th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eleven.
