PROCLAMATION NO. 111

DECLARING SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, Saturday, February 26, 2011, marks the 74th Charter Day anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga City;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Zamboanga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, therefore, I, Paquito N. Ochoa Jr., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, Benigno S. Aquino III, do hereby declare Saturday, February 26, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
