PROCLAMATION NO. 997

CREATING AND DESIGNATING TWO PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY LANGKAAN, DASMARIÑAS, CAVITE TO FORM PART OF THE EXISTING FIRST CAVITE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748.

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended, and, upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as part of the First Cavite Industrial Estate Special Economic Zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 05-271 dated 12 August 2005 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the annexation of two parcels of land located at Barangay Langkaan, Dasmariñas, Cavite, with an aggregate area of ELEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (11,200) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 5, Blk. 1 of the cons. subd. plan, Pcs-04-010947, being a portion of the cons. of Lot 5, Blk. 3, Lot 10, Blk. 2 and Lot 4, Blk. 4, Pcs-04-010712, Lot 6892, Imus Estate and Lot 6893-B, Psd-04-001468, LRC Rec. No. 8843), situated in the Brgy. Lancaan, Mun. of Dasmariñas, Prov. of Cavite, Is. of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 6, on the SW & NW., along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 10 (Open Space), both of Blk. 1, on the NE., along line 4-1 by Rd. Lot 1, all of the cons. subd. plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1”, on the plan, being S. 6 deg. 16’E., 2249.85 m. from Mon. No. 155, Imus Estate;
