RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY SIBLONG, MUNICIPALITY OF BUCAY, PROVINCE OF ABRA, ISLAND OF LUZON AS RELOCATION SITE OF THE TYPHOON JUAN VICTIMS AND INFORMAL SETTLERS OCCUPYING DANGER AREAS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUCAY
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for relocation site purposes under the administration of the Municipal Government of Bucay, Abra, certain parcels of land of the public domain containing a total area of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (100,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated in Barangay Siblong, Municipality of Bucay, Province of Abra, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to final ground survey, which parcels of land are more particularly described, as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 9244-A, Csd-CAR-003851-D) situated at Gaco (now Siblong), Bucay, Abra, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5, on the NW., along line 5-6, and on the NE., along line 6-7 by Lot 3959 (portion), Cad. 649-D, Bucay Cadastre; on the E., along lines 7-8-9 by Lot 9244-B of the subdivision plan; on the SW., and SE., along lines 9-10-11 by Lot 5111, Cad. 649-D; on the SW., along lines 11-12-13 and along lines 13-14-1 by Provincial Road and Lot 3959 (portion), Cad. 649-D, Bucay Cadastre.
