PROCLAMATION NO. 799

DECLARING MONDAY, 7 JULY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAMBAJAO, PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 8252 dated 11 February 1997, declared July 6 of every year as a special non-working public holiday in the Municipality of Mambajao, Province of Camiguin, to be known as “Mambajao Charter Day.”

WHEREAS, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, 7 July 2014 instead of 6 July 2014 which falls on a Sunday, be declared as a special non-working day in the Municipality of Mambajao, Province of Camiguin;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Mambajao, Province of Camiguin be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 7 July 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mambajao, Province of Camiguin.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
