The following laws shall be repealed:

1)   Republic of Lithuania Law on the Issuance of Currency (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 1991, No. 33-896);

2)   Republic of Lithuania Law on Amendment to the Republic of Lithuania Law on the Issuance of Currency (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 1993, No. 12-297);

3)   Republic of Lithuania Law on Supplementing Article 3 of the Republic of Lithuania Law on the Issuance of Currency (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 1993, No. 27-622);

4)   Republic of Lithuania Law on Assigning Denominations to the Monetary Units of the Republic of Lithuania, Changing Their Amounts, and Using Them in Laws and Other Regulatory Acts (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 1992, No. 30-917);

5)   Republic of Lithuania Law on Currency (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 1993, No. 27-623);

6)   Republic of Lithuania Law on Amending and Supplementing  the Republic of Lithuania Law on Currency (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 1994, No. 30-532);

7)   Republic of Lithuania Law on Amending Article 4 of the Republic of Lithuania Law on Currency (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 1994, No. 81-1516);

8)   Republic of Lithuania Law on Amending Article 3 of the Republic of Lithuania Law on Currency (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 996, No. 35-865);

9)   Republic of Lithuania Law on Amending Article 3 of the Republic of Lithuania Law on Currency (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 1996, No. 116-2697);

10) Republic of Lithuania Law on Amending Article 3 and Declaring Invalid Article 5 of the Republic of Lithuania Law on Currency (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 2002, No. 105-4688);

11) Republic of Lithuania Law on the Credibility of the Litas (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 1994, No. 24-378);

12) Republic of Lithuania Law on Amending Article 3 of the Republic of Lithuania Law on the Credibility of the Litas (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 1994, No. 59-1157);

13) Republic of Lithuania Law on Supplementing the Republic of Lithuania Law on the Credibility of the Litas with Article 8 (“Valstybės žinios” (Official Gazette), 2001, No. 34-1126).

Article 2. Entry into Force of the Law

This Law shall enter into force as from the day of adoption of the euro in the Republic of Lithuanian.

I promulgate this Law passed by the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania.
