The Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania,

pursuant to Article 1806 of the Statute of the Seimas, having debated the conclusion of the Committee on European Affairs of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania Regarding a Possible Breach of the Principle of Subsidiarity by the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on Railway Safety (Recast)  COM (2013) 31,

approves the conclusion of the Committee on European Affairs of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania Regarding a Possible Breach of the Principle of Subsidiarity by the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on Railway Safety (Recast)  Com (2013) 31.
