THE COURT OF APPEAL AND THE SUPERIOR NUMBER OF THE ROYAL COURT, sitting together under Articles 40 and 42 of the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law 1961[1] and the SUPERIOR NUMBER OF THE ROYAL COURT in pursuance of Article 21 of the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law 1961, have made the following Rules –

1 Charge for copy of transcript
The following charge shall be allowed for furnishing a copy of the transcript of any proceedings under Part 2 or 3 of the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law 1961 –
Each sheet ........................ an amount not exceeding £7.00.
2 Citation
These Rules may be cited as the Court of Appeal (Transcripts) Rules 2012.
