Protection of Employment Opportunities (Designation of Minister) (Jersey) Act 1992[1]

THE STATES, in pursuance of Article 10(2) of the Protection of Employment Opportunities (Jersey) Law 1988,[2] have made the following Act –

The Minister for Home Affairs is designated as the Minister having functions under the Protection of Employment Opportunities (Jersey) Law 1988.[3]

This Act may be cited as the Protection of Employment Opportunities (Designation of Minister) (Jersey) Act 1992.

This Order has been amended by the States of Jersey (Amendments and Construction Provisions No. 7) (Jersey) Regulations 2005. The amendments replace all references to a Committee of the States of Jersey with a reference to a Minister of the States of Jersey, and remove and add defined terms appropriately, consequentially upon the move from a committee system of government to a ministerial system of government
