THE MINISTER FOR SOCIAL SECURITY, in pursuance of Articles 60C and 104 of the Employment (Jersey) Law 2003[1], orders as follows –

1 Maximum weekly amount for redundancy payment
The amount that is specified for the purposes of Article 60C(3) of the Employment (Jersey) Law 2003[2] is £670.[3]
2 Citation
This Order may be cited as the Employment (Redundancy – Maximum Weekly Amount) (Jersey) Order 2011.
