Diseases of Animals (Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis) (Jersey) Order 2012
THE MINISTER FOR PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT, in pursuance of Articles 1, 31 and 42 of the Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Law 1956[1], orders as follows –

1 Extension of definition of “disease”: Article 1 of Law
For the purposes of Article 4 of the Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Law 1956[2], the definition of “disease” in Article 1(3) of that Law is extended so as to include infectious bovine rhinotracheitis.
2 Vaccinations need licence: Article 31 of Law
A person shall not, except under licence granted by the Minister and in accordance with any conditions subject to which the licence is granted, use any vaccine against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis.
3 Citation
This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis) (Jersey) Order 2012.
