APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISERS (TAOISEACH AND MINISTER OF STATE AT THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TAOISEACH) ORDER 2007
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th July, 2007.
The Government, on the request of the Taoiseach, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Taoiseach and Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach) Order 2007.
2. Each person specified in the Schedule, particulars of each whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, on 13 June 2007, is appointed as a Special Adviser to the Taoiseach with effect from 14 June 2007.
3. Jill Collins, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, on 13 June 2007, is appointed as a Special Adviser to Tom Kitt, Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach (being the Government Chief Whip), with effect from 14 June 2007.
