APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISERS (MINISTER FOR COMMUNITY, RURAL AND GAELTACHT AFFAIRS) ORDER 2008
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th June, 2008.
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs) Order 2008.
2. Mr. Pádraic Ó hUiginn, particulars of whose address were deposited at the office of the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, 43/49 Mespil Road, Dublin 4 on 8 May 2008 is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs with effect from8 May 2008.
3. Ms. Layla de Cogan Chin, particulars of whose address were deposited at the office of the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, 43/49 Mespil Road, Dublin 4 on 8 May 2008 is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs with effect from8 May 2008.
