VOLUNTARY HEALTH INSURANCE (AMENDMENT) ACT 2008 (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2009
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th January, 2010.
I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22(3) of the Voluntary Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2008 (No. 6 of 2008), hereby order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Voluntary Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2008 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2009.
2. The Voluntary Health Insurance (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Order 2009 ( S.I. No. 213 of 2009 ) is amended, in Article 4, by substituting “1st day of April 2010” for “1st day of January 2010”.
