LAND REGISTRATION (FEES RELATING TO DISCHARGES LODGED BY ELECTRONIC MEANS) ORDER 2009
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th February, 2009.
I, DERMOT AHERN, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21(1) of the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 (No. 12 of 2006), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows:
1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Land Registration (Fees Relating to Discharges Lodged by Electronic Means) Order 2009.
(2) This Order shall come into operation on 2 March 2009.
2. No fee shall be chargeable in respect of an application for the cancellation of an entry of a charge on the register of the property charged where such application—
(a) is lodged by electronic means in a manner approved by, and
(b) which complies with the requirements specified by,
the Property Registration Authority.
The Minister for Finance consents to the making of the foregoing Order.
