Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st January, 2013.
I, PAT RABBITTE, Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 44D (inserted by section 3 of the Energy (Biofuel Obligation and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2010 (No. 11 of 2010)) of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No. 7 of 2007), hereby order as follows:
1. (1) This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Biofuel Obligation Rate) Order 2012.
(2) This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2013.
2. The percentage rate referred to in section 44C(3)(b) of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No. 7 of 2007) shall be 6.383 per cent.
