The Regulation is established on the basis of Subsection § 33¹¹ (6) of the «Obligation to Leave and Prohibition on Entry Act».

To establish the Format for transmitting data collected by fingerprinting into the national register of fingerprints (appended).

The Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2010.
