304/2011 Coll. DECREE of 30 September 2011 concerning the definition of the nature protection zone Protected Landscape Area Czech Forest Department of the Environment, pursuant to § 27 par. 2 Act no. 114/1992 Coll., On nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act no. 218/2004 Sb .: § 1 Definition of zones (1) defines the graduated nature protection zones (hereinafter referred to as "zones") in the Protected Landscape Area Czech Forest ^ 1). (2) Marking of border zones on the basis of the cadastral map at a scale of 1: 2000, including electronic form and on the basis of basic maps of the Czech Republic in scale 1: 10,000, is stored at the headquarters of the Administration of the Protected Landscape Area Czech Forest in Přimda and the central list ^ 2). (3) Approximate graphical representation of zones in the Protected Landscape Area Czech Forest indicated in the Annex hereto. § 2 Effect This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2011.
