GOVERNMENT REGULATION of 18 May 1998 repealing Government Regulation No.18 / 1998 Sb., Which determines the rate of customs duty and tariff quota for imports of apples from the EU Government directs under § 56 par. 2 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. . 13/1993 Coll., the Customs Act § 1 (1) Decree no. 18/1998 Coll., which determines the rate of customs duty and tariff quota for imports of apples from the EU, is repealed. (2) The effective date of this regulation apply existing regulations. § 2 This regulation comes into force on its publication. Prime Minister: Ing.
