63/1995 Coll. DECREE of the Czech National Bank of 21 March 1995 on the issue of commemorative silver coin to mark the 50th anniversary of victory over fascism Czech National Bank pursuant to § 22 letter. a) Czech National Council Act no. 6/1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank: § 1 (1) the 50th anniversary of the victory over fascism was issued a commemorative silver coin (hereinafter "The coin"). (2) The coin is issued in the normal version and a special version intended for collecting purposes with a polished field and a matt relief coin (hereinafter referred to as "special design"). (3) The coin in the normal and specific embodiment are punched from an alloy containing 900 parts silver and 100 parts copper. Coin weight is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and thickness 2.2 mm. The edge of the coin in everyday design is knurled edge of the coin is plain. During the excavation of the coin in the normal and specific embodiment, the allowable deviation and downs in weight 0.13 g, 0.1 mm in diameter, 0.15 mm in thickness and silver content of 0.5%. § 2 (1) The obverse of the coin features a stylized large national emblem of the Czech Republic placed closer to the right edge of the coin. Under the national emblem of the denomination and abbreviated monetary unit "200 CZK" and underneath the name of the state, "Czech Republic". Mintmark, which minted coin is placed in the middle under the name of the state. (2) On the reverse of the coin is at the left edge of the coin as an allegory of peace depicted stylized dove, into whose right wing is incorporating the text "The victory over fascism". Above right wing doves are placed the years "1945" and "1995". The author of the design of the coin is Jitka Jelínková. The initials of her name "JJ" are located at the lower left edge of the coin below the tail doves. § 3 This Decree shall take effect on 26 April 1995. The Governor: Ing. Tošovský vr
