101/1953 Coll. ACT of 22 December 1953 on the transitional adjustment limitations for some monetary claims. The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic has passed the following law: § 1 (1) Cash receivables from civil relationships where on the day when this law becomes effective, the limitation period runs at least three years, nepromlčí it before the end of 1955.
