Renewable Electricity Retail Sale Regulations

made under Section 5 of the

Electricity Act

Citation

1     These regulations may be cited as the Renewable Electricity Retail Sale Regulations.

Definitions

2     In these regulations, “Act” means the Electricity Act.

Prescribed date for filing tariffs, procedures and standards of conduct

3     The prescribed date for filing any new or amended tariffs, procedures and standards of conduct under clauses 3G(1)(a) to (f) of the Act is September 1, 2015.
