1   The President of Executive Council continues as the Minister responsible for the following enactments:

Aboriginal Relations
2(1)  The Minister of Aboriginal Relations is designated as the Minister responsible for the following enactments:
                               (a)    Constitution of Alberta Amendment Act, 1990;
                              (b)    Metis Settlements Act;
                               (c)    Metis Settlements Accord Implementation Act;
                              (d)    Metis Settlements Land Protection Act.
(1.1)  The responsibility for the Northern Alberta Development Council Act is transferred to the Minister of Aboriginal Relations.
(1.2)  The Minister of Aboriginal Relations is designated as the Minister responsible for the Aboriginal Consultation Levy Act.
(2)  The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in the Aboriginal Relations Grant Regulation (AR 4/2002) and the Gaming Grants Regulation (AR 29/2004) are transferred to the responsibility of the Minister of Aboriginal Relations.
(3)  The responsibility for that part of the public service associated with the parts of the appropriation transferred under subsection (4) is transferred to the Minister of Aboriginal Relations.
(4)  The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended balance of the following parts of the 2012‑13 Government appropriation for Intergovernmental, International and Aboriginal Relations is transferred to the Minister of Aboriginal Relations:
                               (a)    program 5, First Nations and Métis Relations;
                              (b)    program 6, First Nations Development Fund;
                               (c)    program 7, Métis Settlements Ombudsman;

(5)  The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended balance of the 2015‑16 Government appropriation under the Appropriation (Interim Supply) Act, 2015 for Agriculture and Rural Development is transferred to the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.
(6)  The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended balance of program 7, Forests, except that portion of element 7.1, Wildfire Management and Emergency Response, related to the Alberta Environmental Support and Emergency Response Team, of the 2015‑16 Government appropriation under the Appropriation (Interim Supply) Act, 2015 for Environment and Sustainable Resource Development is transferred to the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.

(4)  The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in the Community Development Grants Regulation (AR 25/2013) are transferred to the responsibility of the Minister of Culture and Tourism.
(5)  The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended balance of the following parts of the 2015 Government appropriation for Tourism, Parks and Recreation is transferred to the Minister of Culture and Tourism:

5(1)  The Minister of Education continues as the Minister responsible for the following enactments:

(5)  The responsibility for section 5(1)(d) and (2)(b) of the Surveys Act is transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Environment and Parks and the Minister of Service Alberta.
(6)  The responsibility for Part 6 and sections 159 and 163 of the Water Act is transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Environment and Parks and the Minister of Transportation.
(7)  The responsibility for sections 14 and 15 of the Provincial Parks Act is transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Environment and Parks and the Minister of Transportation.

(3)  The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in the Alberta Aids to Daily Living and Extended Health Benefits Regulation (AR 236/85) are transferred to the responsibility of the Minister of Health.
(3.1)  The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in the Health Grants Regulation (AR 146/2002) are transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Health and the Minister of Seniors.
(4)  Repealed AR 170/2012 s26.
(5)  Notwithstanding section 14.1(2), the responsibility for that part of the public service associated with the parts of the appropriation transferred under subsection (6) is transferred to the Minister of Health.
(6)  Notwithstanding section 14.1(3), the responsibility for the administration of the unexpended balance of the following parts of the 2014‑15 Government appropriation for Health is transferred from the Minister of Seniors to the Minister of Health:
                               (a)    element 15.3, Supportive Living Accommodations Licensing and Monitoring, of program 15, Seniors Services;

(3)  The responsibility for the Social Care Facilities Licensing Act continues as the common responsibility of the Minister of Human Services and the Minister of Health.
(3.1)  The responsibility for sections 1(f), 10 and 12(2) of the Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped Act is transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Human Services and the Minister of Health.
(3.2)  The responsibility for sections 128(1)(a) and (3) and 131(2)(b) of the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act is transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Human Services and the Minister of Health.
(3.3)  The responsibility for the Family Support for Children with Disabilities Act is transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Human Services and the Minister of Health.
(3.4)  The responsibility for sections 3, 42(2) and 47 of the Income and Employment Supports Act is transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Human Services and the Minister of Health.
(4)  The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in the Children and Youth Services Grants Regulation (AR 73/2001) are transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Human Services and the Minister Responsible for the Status of Women.
(5)  The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in the Employment and Immigration Grant Regulation (AR 94/2009) are transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Human Services and the Minister of Jobs, Skills, Training and Labour.
(5.1)  The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in section 3 of the Applications and Appeals (Ministerial) Regulation (AR 89/2007) are transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Human Services and the Minister of Health.
(5.2)  The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in section 4(3) and 7 of the Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped General Regulation (AR 91/2007) are transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Human Services and the Minister of Health.
(5.3)  The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in Part 3 and in section 93(1)(a) of the Income Support, Training and Health Benefits Regulation (AR 122/2011) are transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Human Services and the Minister of Health.
(6)  Notwithstanding section 12.1(3), the responsibility for that part of the public service associated with the parts of the appropriations transferred under subsection (6.1), is transferred to the Minister of Human Services.
(6.1)  Notwithstanding section 12.1(5), the responsibility for the administration of the unexpended balance of the following parts of the 2013‑14 Government appropriation for Human Services is transferred from the Minister of Jobs, Skills, Training and Labour to the Minister of Human Services:
                               (a)    program 1, Ministry Support Services, the portion of elements 1.4 to 1.7 related to supports directly provided to the elements and portions of the elements of program 2, Employment, transferred by clause (b);

11.1(1)  The responsibility for the following enactments is transferred to the Minister of Innovation and Advanced Education:

(2.2)  The President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance is designated as the Minister responsible for the Public Service Salary Restraint Act.
(2.3)  The President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance is designated as the Minister responsible for the Pooled Registered Pension Plans Act.
(2.4)  The responsibility for the Public Service Act is transferred to the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance.
(3)  Repealed AR 45/2014 s2.
(4)  The responsibility for sections 9, 16, 46, 54, 63(1), (2), (3), 65, 69(b) and 71(1) and (2)(a) of the Fuel Tax Act is transferred to the common responsibility of the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance and the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.
(4.1)  The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in the Finance Grant Regulation (AR 217/2008) are transferred to the common responsibility of the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance and the President of the Executive Council.
(5)  The powers, duties and functions in enactments, other than enactments referred to in this section, that are referred to as being the powers, duties or functions of the Minister of Finance or the Minister of Finance and Enterprise are transferred to the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance.
(6)  The responsibility for that part of the public service associated with the part of the appropriation transferred under subsection (7) is transferred to the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance.
(7)  The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended balance of program 3, Corporate Human Resources, of the 2014‑15 Government appropriation for  Executive Council is transferred to the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance.
(8)  The responsibility for the administration of the Regulatory Review Secretariat is transferred to the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance.
(9)  The responsibility for that part of the public service responsible for administering the Regulatory Review Secretariat is transferred to the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance.
(10)  The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended balance of element 1.1, Office of the Premier / Executive Council, of program 1, Office of the Premier / Executive Council, related to the Regulatory Review Secretariat, of the 2014‑15 Government appropriation for Executive Council is transferred to the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance.
