Amending O. Reg. 346/12

(REGISTRATIONS UNDER PART II.2 OF THE ACT — HEATING SYSTEMS AND STANDBY POWER SYSTEMS)

1. Subparagraph 6 iii of subsection 10 (1) of Ontario Regulation 346/12 is amended by striking out “Ontario Regulation 350/06 (Building Code)” in the portion before sub-subparagraph A and substituting “Ontario Regulation 332/12 (Building Code)”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2014 and the day this Regulation is filed.
