Amending O. Reg. 222/98

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 28 (1) Ontario Regulation 222/98 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

31.2 A payment received by a class member from the Settlement Fund in the Rideau Regional Centre class action.

31.3 A payment received by a class member from the Settlement Fund in the Southwestern Regional Centre class action.

2. Subsection 43 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

18.2 A payment received by a class member from the Settlement Fund in the Rideau Regional Centre class action.

18.3 A payment received by a class member from the Settlement Fund in the Southwestern Regional Centre class action.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
