1. (1) The Table to paragraph 1 of subsection 30 (1) of Ontario Regulation 222/98 is revoked and the following substituted:

(4) Subsection 30 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$1,842” at the end and substituting “$1,866”.
2. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 32 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$138” at the beginning and substituting “$140”.
(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 32 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$956” and substituting “$966”.
(3) Paragraph 3 of subsection 32 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$960” and substituting “$970”.
3. (1) Subparagraph 1 i of subsection 33 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$776” at the beginning and substituting “$784”.
(2) Subparagraph 1 ii of subsection 33 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$1,167” at the beginning and substituting “$1,175”.
(3) Subparagraph 1 iii of subsection 33 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$1,547” at the beginning and substituting “$1,563”.
(4) The Table to paragraph 3 of subsection 33 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

For each additional dependant, add $70.
(5) Paragraph 5 of subsection 33 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
5. $66 (Special Boarder Allowance).
4. (1) Subsection 33.1 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and” at the end of clause (e) and by revoking clause (f) and substituting the following:
(f) not less than the sum of $138 for each member of the benefit unit, with respect to determinations relating to a month after August 31, 2014 and before October 1, 2015; and
(g) not less than the sum of $140 for each member of the benefit unit, with respect to determinations relating to a month after September 30, 2015.
(2) Subsection 33.1 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$138” and substituting “$140”.
5. (1) The Table to subparagraph 1 ii of section 40 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

6. Paragraph 5 of subsection 44 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$77” and substituting “$78”.
7. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 45.3 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$206” and substituting “$207”.
(2) The equation in paragraph 2 of subsection 45.3 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$206” and substituting “$207”.
Commencement
8. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsections 1 (1) and 5 (1) and section 7,
(a) come into force on July 1, 2015, if this Regulation is filed on or before July 1, 2015; and
(b) are deemed to have come into force on July 1, 2015, if this Regulation is filed after July 1, 2015.
(3) Subsections 1 (2), (3) and (4), sections 2, 3 and 4, subsection 5 (2) and section 6 come into force on October 1, 2015.
