1 This Order may be cited as the Groupe CSL Inc. Acquisition Exemption Order.

Exemption

2 The acquisition by Groupe CSL Inc. of all shares of Groupe CSL Inc. held by Fednav Limited is hereby exempted from the application of Part VII of the National Transportation Act, 1987.
