General Permit Authorizing the Exportation of EggsThe Acting Secretary of State for External Affairs pursuant to section 6 of the Export Permit Regulations, C.R.C., c. 602, hereby issues the annexed General Permit authorizing the exportation of eggs, effective February 6, 1984.

1 This Permit may be cited as the General Export Permit No. EX. 15 — Eggs.

General

2 Any person may export from Canada eggs mentioned in item 1041 of the Export Control List for the personal use of the exporter and his household not in excess of two dozen for each exportation.

3 Where completion and validation of customs entry form B-13 is required in respect of any goods that are exported under the authority of this General Export Permit, the form shall be endorsed “Exported under the authority of General Export Permit No. EX. 15 — Eggs” or “Exporté en vertu de la Licence générale d’exportation no Ex. 15 — Oeufs”.
