Coming into Force

2 These Regulations come into force on May 28, 1996.

1 Canada–Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board established by the joint operation of the Canada–Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Act and The Canada-Newfoundland Atlantic Accord Implementation (Newfoundland) Act, chapter 37 of the Statutes of Newfoundland, 1986.
2 Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board established by the joint operation of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation Act and the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, Chapter 3 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1987.
