1 This Permit may be cited as the Export of Sugar Permit.

General

2 Any person may, under the authority of this General Export Permit, export from Canada to the United States any goods described in item 5201 of the Export Control List on condition that

(a) the goods to be exported are for the personal use of the exporter and the exporter’s household; and
(b) each exportation of the goods does not exceed 5 kg in weight.

3 Where completion and validation of customs entry form B-13 is required in respect of any goods that are exported under the authority of this General Export Permit, the form shall be endorsed “Exported under the authority of General Export Permit No. Ex. 10” or “Exporté en vertu de la Licence générale d’exportation no Ex. 10”.
