Order Authorizing the Gratuitous Transfer of Defence Maps, Charts and Other Materials to Other GovernmentsShort Title

1 This Order may be cited as the Defence Maps and Charts Transfer Order.

Authorization

2 The Minister of National Defence is hereby authorized, when he considers that the public interest would thereby be served, to transfer gratuitously to other governments maps, charts, map and chart reproduction materials, and related publications and documents, the value of which shall not exceed $75,000 annually.
