1 Subject to section 2, remission is hereby granted of the customs duties paid or payable under the Customs Tariff on chloroprene sheets, with a knitted nylon fabric laminated to both sides, that weigh more than 1500g/m2 and that contain less than 50% by weight of textile material.

Conditions

2 The remission is granted on condition that

(a) the chloroprene sheets were imported into Canada during the period commencing on January 1, 1998 and ending on December 31, 2005;
(b) a claim for remission is made to the Minister of National Revenue within four years of the date that the chloroprene sheets are imported.

3 This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
