Amending O. Reg. 104/72

(Restricted Areas — Regional Municipality of York, Town of Markham)

1. Ontario Regulation 104/72 is amended by adding the following section:

81. (1) Despite section 4, an outdoor golf driving range, practice putting green and equipment maintenance area, together with accessory buildings and structures may be erected, located and used on the lands described in subsection (2) if the following requirements are met:

 


Minimum lot area


94,675 square metres




Minimum lot frontage


200.25 metres




Minimum distance between any building
or structure and the west lot line:


64 metres




Minimum distance between any building
and east lot line:


400 metres




Minimum distance between any building
and south lot line:


82 metres




Minimum distance between any building
and north lot line:


115 metres




Maximum gross floor area of accessory
building:


7.5 square metres




Maximum building height:


1 storey




(2) Subsection (1) applies to that parcel of land in the town of Markham in The Regional Municipality of York being composed of part of Lot 23 in Concession 6 and further identified as PIN 03056-0136 (LT).

(3) This section is revoked on June 14, 2008.
