COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2009

The Minister responsible for Finance, in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 3 of the Ministers and Members of the Legislature
(Salaries and Pensions) Amendment (No. 2) Act 2008, gives the following
Notice:

Short title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Ministers and Members of the
Legislature (Salaries and Pensions) Amendment (No. 2) Act 2008
Commencement Day Notice 2009.

Commencement
2 Ministers and Members of the Legislature (Salaries and
Pensions) Amendment (No. 2) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 23rd
January, 2009.
