REVOCATION NOTICE 2009
The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by
section 2(1A) of the Government Employees (Health Insurance) Act 1986,
makes the following Order:
Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Government Employees (Health
Insurance) Revocation Notice 2009.
Revokes BR 4/2008
2 The Government Employees (Health Insurance) Notice 2008,
which provides for a person employed by the Bermuda Health Council to
be a government employee for the purposes of the Government
Employees (Health Insurance) Act 1986, is revoked with effect from 5
August 2009.
