COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2008

The Minister responsible for Justice, in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 1 of the Proceeds of Crime Amendment Act 2007,
issues the following Notice:

Short title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Proceeds of Crime Amendment
Act 2007 Commencement Day Notice 2008.

Commencement
2 The Proceeds of Crime Amendment Act 2007 shall come into
force on 15th November 2008.
