ELECTRONIC VEHICLE-REGISTRATION REVOCATION
REGULATIONS 2008
Whereas the Electronic Vehicle-Registration Regulations 2007
(the “2007 Regulations”) were made on September 18, 2007 and
published in the Gazette on September 28, 2007 and the Electronic
Vehicle-Registration Regulations 2008 (the “2008 Regulations”) were
made on March 7, 2008 and published in the Gazette on March 14,
2008;
And whereas the 2007 regulations and the 2008 Regulations are
identical in substance;
Now therefore the Minister responsible for Transport, in exercise
of the powers conferred by section 10(1)(a) of the Electronic Vehicle-
Registration Act 2007, makes the following regulations:
Citation
1 These regulations may be cited as the Electronic Vehicle-
Registration Revocation Regulations 2008.
Revocation
2 The Electronic Vehicle-Registration Regulations 2008 are hereby
revoked.
