The Minister responsible for Intellectual Property, in exercise of the
powers conferred by section 334(2) of the Copyright and Designs Act
2004, gives the following Notice:
Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Copyright and Designs Act 2004
Commencement Day Notice 2008.
Commencement
2 The Copyright and Designs Act 2004 shall come into operation
on 8th February, 2008.
