COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2008

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by
section 12 of the Contributory Pensions Amendment Act 2008, gives the
following Notice:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Contributory Pensions
Amendment Act 2008 Commencement Day Notice 2008.

Commencement
2 The Contributory Pensions Amendment Act 2008 shall come into
operation on 1st September 2008.
