The Minister responsible for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred
by section 12 of the Chiroprators Act 2002, gives the following Notice:

Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Chiropractors Act 2002
Commencement Day Notice 2008.

Commencement
2 The Chiropractors Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st
February, 2008.
