ACT 2004 COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2007


The Minister responsible for the Environment, in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 3 of the Professional Surveyors Registration
Amendment Act 2004, gives the following Notice:

Short title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Professional Surveyors
Registration Amendment Act 2004 Commencement Day Notice 2007.

Commencement
2 Professional Surveyors Registration Amendment Act 2004 shall
come into operation on 28th September, 2007.
