GOVERNMENT FEES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007


The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred by
section 2(1) of the Government Fees Act 1965, makes the following
Regulations:

Short title
1 These Regulations, which amend the Government Fees
Regulations 1976 (the “principal Regulations”), may be cited as the
Government Fees Amendment Regulations 2007.

Amends Head 5
2 Head 5 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended
as follows —

(a) in paragraph (10), by deleting the words "or grantee" and
the words "(Where a licence is granted under paragraph
(11), the fee specified in this paragraph shall be refunded
to the applicant.)";

(b) by repealing paragraph (11);

(c) in paragraph (12), by deleting the words "an alien or";
and

(d) by repealing paragraph (13).

Saving
3 Nothing in these Regulations shall affect the validity of a fee paid
before the coming into force of these Regulations.
