RULES 2007


The Bermuda Bar Council, in exercise of the powers conferred
upon it by section 9 of the Bermuda Bar Act 1974, makes the following
rules:

Citation
1 These Rules may be cited as the Bermuda Bar Association
(Organization) Amendment Rules 2007.

Amendment of rule 10
2 Rule 10 of the Bermuda Bar Association (Organization) Rules
1975 is amended by deleting the existing Fee Table and replacing it with
the following—

Fee Table

1 Members of less than 10 years admission to
the Bar and Registered Associates who have
been registered for under 10 years (on 30
November of the current year).

20 years admission to the Bar (on 30
November of the current year) and
Registered Associates who have been
registered for 10 years or more but less than
20 years (on 30 November of the current
