BERMUDA BAR ASSOCIATION (ORGANIZATION) AMENDMENT
RULES 2006


The Bar Council, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 9
of the Bermuda Bar Act 1974, makes the following rules:

Citation
1 These Rules may be cited as the Bermuda Bar Association
(Organization) Amendment Rules 2006.

Interpretation
2 Rule 10 of the Bermuda Bar (Practising Certificate) Rules 1975 is
amended by deleting the existing Fee Table and replace with the
following

Fee Table

1. Members of less than ten years admission to the Bar
and Registered Associates who have been registered
for under ten years (on 30 TNovember of the current
year)





$500.00

2. Members of ten years or more but less than Twenty
years admission to the Bar (on 30 November of the
current year) and Registered Associates who have
been registered for ten years or more but less than 20
years (on 30 November of the current year)







$650.00

the Bar (on November of the current year) and
Registered Associates who have been registered for
more than twenty years (on 30 November of the
