TIMESHARING (LICENSING AND CONTROL) AMENDMENT
ACT 2005 COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2006

The Minister of Tourism and Transport, in exercise of the powers
conferred on him by section 18 of the Timesharing (Licensing and
Control) Amendment Act 2005, gives the following Notice:

Short title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Timesharing (Licensing and
Control) Amendment Act 2005 Commencement Day Notice 2006.

Commencement
2 The Timesharing (Licensing and Control) Amendment Act 2005
shall come into operation on 1st May 2006.
