The Minister of Tourism and Transport, in exercise of the powers
conferred by section 3 of the Motor Car Amendment (No. 3) Act 2005,
gives the following Notice:

Short title
1 This Notice may be cited as the Motor Car Amendment (No. 3)
Act 2005 Commencement Day Notice 2006.

Commencement
2 The Motor Car Amendment (No. 3) Act 2005 shall come into
operation on 1st April 2006.
