INTERNATIONAL SANCTIONS (INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL
TRIBUNAL FOR THE FORMER YUGOSLAVIA) (RESTRICTIVE

MEASURES) REGULATIONS 2006
The Minister of Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred by

section 2(1) of the International Sanctions Act 2003, makes the following
Regulations:

Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the International Sanctions
(International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia) (Restrictive
Measures) Regulations 2006.

Application
2 The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia
(Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) Order 2004 as amended by
Council Decision 2006/484/CFSP of 11 July 2006, shall have the force
of law, in Bermuda.
