INTERNATIONAL SANCTIONS (BURMA) (RESTRICTIVE
MEASURES) (OVERSEAS TERRITORIES) REGULATIONS 2006

The Minister of Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred by
section 2(1) of the International Sanctions Act 2003, makes the following
Regulations:

Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the International Sanctions
(Burma) (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) Regulations 2006.

Application
2 The Burma (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) Order
2004 as amended by the Burma (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas
Territories) Amendment Order 2004, shall have the force of law, in
Bermuda.
