BERMUDA HOSPITALS BOARD (MEDICAL AND DENTAL
CHARGES) ORDER 2006


The Minister of Health and Family Services, in exercise of the
power conferred by section 13A of the Bermuda Hospitals Board Act
1970, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement
1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda Hospitals Board
(Medical and Dental Charges) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1
September 2006.

Interpretation
2 In this Order “specialist” means a person designated as such by
the Medical Staff Committee of the Bermuda Hospitals Board.

Medical and dental charges
3 For the purposes of section 13A of the Bermuda Hospitals Board
Act 1970 the dollar value of the units referred to in the scale of fees
prepared under that section shall be as set out in the Schedule.

Revocation
4 The Bermuda Hospitals Board (Medical and Dental Charges)
Order 1999 is revoked.
