THE BARRISTERS' CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
AMENDMENT RULES 2006

The Bar Council, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 9
of the Bermuda Bar Act 1974, makes the following rules:

Citation
1 These Rules may be cited as the Barristers' Code of Professional
Conduct Amendment Rules 2006.

Amends rule 91
2 The Barristers Code of Professional Conduct 1981 is amended by
deleting the second sentence of rule 91.
